The Boca Terrace Office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm. We are closed on several holidays throughout the year.

Email is the best way to contact us (Office@BocaTerraceCondo.Org). If you would like to meet with us in person, please make an appointment. That will allow us to give you our undivided attention.

Please submit requests for documents in writing via email or letter. Written requests can be dropped in the black mail slot next to the office door that says "payments". The board will review all requests. Items to be picked up will be put in the black mailbox next to the office door.
